Our products are made with natural, organic (when possible) and high quality ingredients that are known to be safe for most people. However, you have to contact your doctor in case of allergies or intolerance.

Our products are handmade. Actual sold products may slightly differ from the photos in our website.
Payment and Delivery
Orders will be shipped upon acceptance and reception of the whole payment including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Free shipping to Canada is offered for all orders above C$49 before taxes.
Free shipping to the USA is offered for all orders above C$60 before taxes.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 7 business days using parcels delivery companies approved in Canada.
Return, Exchange and Refund
In all cases, the customer should contact us by email using the address contact@natulip.com within 20 business days after the delivery of the order.
Defective Items
The customer should contact us by email on contact@natulip.com with a photo as a proof of the defect.
Allergies and intolerance
Before buying any item, please read carefully the list of ingredients on the product page in our website to make sure you don’t have any allergies or intolerance against any of the ingredients.
Items damaged during the transportation
We are not responsible of any lost or damaged order because: Any event beyond our control such as extreme temperatures (too hot or too cold). Improper handling or delivery errors and delays by the carrier.
